If you would like to cancel or refund the ticket which you purchased from Thaifly.com (departure from USA) please follow the instruction follow:

1. Review your reservation. If your reservation is non-refundable, canceling your reservation will not cancel your payment.

3. After receipt of all documentation, all money will be refunded to your credit card or transferred to your bank account (depending on payment method) aproximately 8-15 weeks depend on airlines.
    

» Typical regulation for ticket refund

1. The ticket must be unused.
   
   
2. All document should be submitted before departure date.
   
   
3. If after departure date refund must do before expiration date of ticket and the panalty may be higher.
   
   
4. No partial refund for unused portion of used ticket in most cases.
   
   
5. Paper ticket must has all coupons.

3. Most airlines normally have penalty charge USD 150.00 that will be deducted full rufund amount on your credit card (same credit card as you use to purchase the ticket). However some special promotion fare may has different panalty in this case please call 1-800-432-TFLY.
   
   
4. The airlines will refund the money to your credit card account approximately 8-15 weeks after all documents have been submitted.
   
   
5. Total charge for cancellation and refund ticket would be USD 250.00 for most tickets.

3. The airlines will refund the money to agent approximately 8-15 weeks after all document. And our accounting department will refund the money to passenger immediately
   
   
4. Total charge for cancellation and refund ticket would be USD 250.00 for most ticket
    

» Package tour & Product Refund Rates

1. Cancellation 30 days or more before trip commencement -- full refund
   
   
2. 15 - 30 days -- 70% will be refunded
   
   
3. 7 - 14 days -- 50% will be refunded
   
   
4. Less than 7 days -- no refund

a) The above rates are valid for all trips offered at Thaifly.com, unless otherwise stated by online agent upon confirmation of booking. For authentication purposes, only written cancellation notices (e-mail or fax) will be accepted.

d) Registration mail is required for sending the ticket back to Thaifly.com
e) If you purchased the ticket by credit card there will be a processing fee of 3.5% deducted from the full price and an administration charge of USD 100.00
